Step-Pak Sleeve Pack
Our Step-Pak is a very durable, returnable sleeve pack that features a patented locking system that keeps all the components of the pack together. The pallet, sleeve and lid are kept locked together at all times, while in transit or storage, full or empty, upright or collapsed. This simple, yet very important design feature reduces loss or separation of components, as well as reducing potential damage to the pack. Our customers use the Step-Pak because it provides them a superior return-on-investment compared to competitive sleeve packs.

Custom Corrugated Containers
We fabricate a variety of custom corrugated containers - in both sleeve pack and hand tote styles and sizes. We can handle your straight-forward corruagated container design and fabrication needs, and also specialize in developing solutions for your most difficult and challenging applications.
Your sleeve packs and totes will be constructed using corrugated polypro plastic from 3 to a robust 16 mm thick, making them capable of handling the most demanding applications. We use the latest in plastic welding technology, from simple hot air rod welders to the most sophisticated ultrasonic machines.
