Universal Package Used Container Policy 
We maintain an ever changing inventory of used bulk containers, totes and pallets.  It is our policy to provide our clients with the best pre-used reusable containers available in the industry. We guarantee every used container to be in good working condition.  When you purchase a used container, that is what you get, a used container and some will be more used than others.  While all containers we sell are guaranteed to be mechanically sound, they may not always be the most appealing to the eye. Therefore we rate the containers that we sell on a scale of 1 to 10 for aesthetics only.

We try to show pictures on our website that factually show the condition of the container. However, there will be time when our customer may not be able to see as well as he or she would like.
