Sleeve packs are a lightweight, collapsible solution for bulk shipping. A sleeve pack is made up of a pallet size plastic base, foldable, collapsible walls, and a plastic lid. Our sleeve packs, also known as plastic gaylords are made of corrugated polypro plastic from 3 to a robust 16 mm thick. We offer the thickest corrugated on the market, making our sleeve packs extremely impact resistant, and ideal for your most demanding applications.
We offer sleeve packs in a variety of standard pallet size footprints, as well as custom footprints, and can manufacture to your exact height requirements. Standard forklift entry means you can move and stack your Universal sleeve pack just as you would any other bulk container.
Sleeve packs are a distribution container best suited for applications where the load is restrained and exerts downward as opposed to outward pressure.
When empty, sleeve packs can be collapsed down and stored inside the base and lid.
Step-Pak Sleeve Pack
Our Step-Pak brand sleeve pack is a durable, corrugated, returnable bulk container that features a patented locking system that keeps all the components of the pack together. The pallet, sleeve and lid are kept locked together at all times, while in transit or storage, full or empty, upright or collapsed. This simple, yet very important design feature reduces loss or separation of components, as well as reducing potential damage to the pack. Our customers use the Step-Pak because it provides them a superior return-on-investment compared to competitive sleeve packs.
